With a remarkable footprint spanning 23 countries and 49 states, their offices in Michigan, Florida, and Costa Rica serve as hubs for innovative design. Despite delivering luxurious, high-end designs for decades, Visbeen’s brand identity didn't quite reflect the sophistication of its work. They approached Mix Creative Group for a marketing assessment, which quickly revealed the need for a comprehensive brand transformation.

Over the course of eight months, we applied a brand refresh across all touchpoints to accurately reflect Visbeen Architects’ hard-earned prestige and influential design innovation.

Brand Refresh

The rebrand began with a thoughtful overhaul of Visbeen Architects’ visual identity. We refreshed their logos, updated their palette of fonts and colors, and introduced an elevated design approach. This resulted in a cohesive brand that simply exudes sophistication and creativity. Beyond visuals, we also tackled messaging, tightening up strategic positioning, vision, and mission statements, alongside an authentic, refined brand voice. These elements were then compiled into a detailed brand guidelines document, setting a clear course for maintaining brand integrity moving forward.

Website Design

Our next step was designing a brand-new website. We prioritized SEO for maximum visibility, a seamless user experience for easy navigation, and strategic conversion tracking to measure engagement effectively. The new site became the central hub for their refined brand and portfolio, beautifully showcasing their work, services, team, and expertise.

Content + Visual Assets

To complement the website, we collaborated on a compelling brand video, designed versatile social media templates, and delivered essential company stationery along with branded merchandise to support their full brand rollout. We also developed a comprehensive photography guide to ensure all future imagery consistently aligns with the new, elevated brand aesthetic.

Commemorative Book Creation

The campaign's crown jewel was Excellence in Design: 30 Years of Visbeen Architects, a 217-page coffee table book featuring 30 of their most iconic projects. Showcasing stunning photography and compelling stories, this collectible piece celebrates the firm’s legacy and design mastery.

Digital Marketing

Finally, we implemented a comprehensive social media strategy, content marketing plan, SEO strategy, and paid advertising campaigns. We acted as consultants in the search for an in-house content creator and social media manager, which enabled a significant transformation of the client’s digital presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. These efforts ensured the updated brand and its exquisite work reached targeted audiences, driving engagement and inquiries for custom architectural design services.

This integrated campaign gave Visbeen Architects a reimagined brand that genuinely reflects their expertise, strengthens their market position, and will inspire clients for years to come.

Achieved Outcomes

  • We received two awards for our work with Visbeen Architects: a Gold ADDY Award for the Visbeen Architects rebrand and a Gold ADDY for the Visbeen Architects website, both awarded by the American Advertising Federation.

  • The Visbeen Architects Instagram account has grown from 3,000 to more than 100,000 followers.

  • The company’s YouTube channel was relaunched and gained 33,000 subscribers in the first year.

  • Six months post-launch, the Visbeen website saw a 13.8% increase in total users, a 21% increase in total sessions, and a 22% increase in organic users.

  • Our work helped Visbeen to significantly improve its search engine visibility between June 2024 and April 2025, growing from only four ranking keywords to 55 keywords.

  • Of the original four keywords, only two of them held positions on the first two pages of Google. With the updated keyword list, Visbeen ranks on the first page of Google for 21 keywords and on the second page for 13 keywords.
